...so you can make this fabulous end-of-summer dessert.
Buy a bottle of Limoncello. It's $15-$20, but it will last you awhile.
And stop at the grocery store for some raspberry sherbet and either fresh or frozen raspberries (I've had trouble with the fresh, for inevitably there is a moldy one hidden by the packaging. Also, frozen raspberries have added sugar, so I have also used unsweetened blackberries -- yummy, too).
Put all three ingredients in a bowl in whatever ratio you like.
Taste the summer -- while you can! You'll thank me.
As far as I know, this concoction doesn't have a name. Try it and suggest one.

Oh, I got a good laugh at your comment on my blog. Nothing wrong with dessert and alcohol, IMHO!
I have a recipe for Limoncello. Care of Martha Stewart, that vixen! Want it?
You betcha!
please don't say "end of summer" to a gal that only gets two little tiny months to have summer. It's mid summer for me...right? It sounds delightful, the dessert. I don't drink, but this might entice me to have it in dessert...
I'll have to ask Marianne to make us some more.
Stop by her house on your way here.
Pee my pants!
I can post comments from my phone now! 1 more reason to love Palm Pre.
