Come out and play with me...pretty please

Remember when you were a kid and you could just go up to another kid and say, "Wanna play?"

Well, do you? Wanna play?

By popular demand, it's time for another round of Lori's Childhood Trivia.

I'll give out a clue a day until someone guesses the answer.

This time around, we're talking about a musical act. Clues:

Clue 1: Michigan
Clue 2: Weekend

Please post up to 3 guesses a day.

Go on. Hazard a guess. I'll let you know if you're right. And if you're not, come back tomorrow for another clue.

Now, you're tagged, too. Put up your own Childhood Trivia quiz and see who is on your wavelength.

It's Casey Kasem! Good ol' American Top 40!

CP -- good guess on the picture. The answer is an act that Casey featured in the Top 10 more than once.

The "Michigan" threw me for a loop, because Casey is from there. I'm assuming the act is from there, too?

I probably won't have any more guesses...we're in the process of gettin' outta Dodge. ;)

Good luck, everybody!

I'm not qualified for music but I knew it was Casey Kasem right away.

CP -- you're right. The act is has something to do with Michigan.

Janet -- good for you for taking a guess! The photo, though, simply signifies that the game is about a Top 10 song act from the 70s.

It's not Casey Kasem -- keep trying!

1. Madonna
2. Bob Seger
3. Stevie Wonder

Did I win? I've got more... :)

Lori Lavender Luz said...

Nope, nope and nope.

So glad to see you, Tracy!

Diana Ross and/or The Supremes?

That's my final guess...I really need to be packing!! ;)

Keep guessing and get packing.

Hope you can tune in for tomorrow's clue, CP. Have a wonderful time and be safe.

Something Motown.
ABBA (I'm throwing this out randomly since Zoom was my random guess last time).
Bob Seeger and the Silver Bullet Band (this is Josh's guess)

Lori Lavender Luz said...

Mel -- so glad Josh is playing.

Try again tomorrow...

Good guess, Nancy, but try again.

Geohe, I would say that members of the British Empire would have a good shot at this round.

Clue #2 is up in a new post.
