Wow, well done, Lori! The one on OBCs was especially interesting, I had NO IDEA that people who have been adopted were denied their original birth certificates. A civil rights issue to be sure! How upsetting that must be!
Do you happen to have a list of each state's legislation on OBCs - would be interested.
