For some gals, it's shoes. For others, booze and drugs.
For me, apparently, my addiction is customized shirts.
I'd used CafePress previously, but someone on Twitter recently turned me on to Spreadshirt, which is MUCH easier to use.
So I designed these. And I *love* walking around in mine.
Admittedly, my market is small: people who (a) practice yoga; and (b) read this blog.
Which is, basically, me. And my sisters. And maybe one or two of you, who probably don't need a new shirt anyway.
So why am I showing and telling this? Because you can make your own,* too. There are hundreds of types of shirts -- men's women's, children's -- full range of sizes, designs galore for whatever floats your boat, and the ability to upload your own designs.
Something to think about for ALI2010 and BlogHer10. Or Christmas presents.
Or just for be-bopping around.
See what my classmates are showing and telling over at Mel's Show & Tell. And show something yourself -- everyone is welcome.
* Disclosure: If you click on the link to design your own shirt and you end up purchasing something, Spreadshirts will pay me a small finder's fee. Take that, FTC.

I think if I ever wore a "body by yoga" shirt, it would scare hundreds of people away from ever trying it- especially when my "twitchies" affect my face.
How neat is that! The t-shirts you designed are too cute! That would be a wonderful fundraising/raising awareness idea. Thanks for sharing the website and pictures!
They're cool. I love the psychodelic tie-dye one.
Now - I have one of the original ones and wear it with pride. I can even talk my way through the reiki points now...But I LOVE that second one.
Wow - well designed.
These are cool. I'll have to bookmark the page. . . .one always thinks "hey we get T-shirts!"
I can always use a new tshirt. I love Cafe Press and will have to check out these new folks. Thanks, LL.
Is it awful that my first thought was, "this could be a new and delightful way to tease Josh"?
I like the shirts you designed. If I were a yoga-person, I would totally get one and advertise you...alas.
I get to be a sister.
I get to be a sister.
Neener, neener, neener!

Great shirts! Im already brainstorming on what shirt(s) I can work on for holiday gifts...thanks for sharing the link!
Those are soooo cool!
That is fabulous! I love it!
Great shirts!
what a great idea! love the shirts... also love the little note to the FTC at the bottom. You would think they would have bigger fish to fry. yeesh!
Hmm. Interesting. I get frustrated with sites that have clothes as I have a difficult time finding things that fit. It's cool though having your blog on your shirt. Would be great for blogher.
those are awesome! you are awesome.
Totally cool site. Thanks for sharing. I think I'll make some up for dh and I :)
That is so cool. I am forwarding the link to my friend, who like you, loves customzied t-shirts. Maybe I'll make one, naw... I do love your tie dye one though.
You know, I had a dream about yoga and pizza last night. This just reminded me of it.
COOL shirts lori!
Awesome shirts! I will have to investigate this site and see what I can find :D Thanks for sharing!
I like the idea of comign up with something for Blogher. Hmmmm... can it be a confession... hmmm...
I am one of the lucky ones who:
** would love to wear this shirt (cool design)
** enjoy reading your blog (great writing)
** am into yoga (flexible body and calm mind), AND
** (here's the really juicy part), I get to be YOUR sister too. :)
I'm so darn lucky...maybe I should go buy a lottery ticket!!
I might just grab one of those :)
Love your designs! What a great idea. Maybe first/second grade shirts will be my end of the year gift this year.
What a great idea! Custom tee shirts used to be expensive and a hassle. So nice to know that isn't the case anymore!
I love your shirts. Thanks for the tip. I need to make some more of my shirts.
Very cool! If it weren't for t-shirts, my closet would be bare . . .
