Perfect Moment Monday: Kismet

Perfect Moment Monday is more about noticing a perfect moment than about creating one. Perfect moments can be momentous or ordinary or somewhere in between.

Here's a perfect moment from my week. I hope you'll share yours, too.

As you may recall, I spent part of last week in Florida. Every year at the start of Spring, I have a meeting in the same city and stay in the same hotel. Every year I have two nights on my own for dinner. I have now done this three times.

On my first trip, I stumbled on a restaurant about a 15 minute walk from my hotel. It turned out to be fabulous.

On my second trip, I set out for the same restaurant, but didn't have much to go on except intuition. I didn't recall the name or the location. Just the feel. I found it and enjoyed myself again.

This trip, I decided to go again. Still not recalling the name, just remembering it had great food and friendly service. Intuition got me there again, and my perfect moment started as soon as I spotted the place. Check out the name:

Cafe Luna Bistro, as in one of my very good bloggy friends. Who is on the brink of motherhood. No wonder I have been repeatedly drawn here.

I'll probably go back again next year. Unless I stop at the restaurant next door instead.
