Somebody washing my hair, massaging my scalp, finding the perfect color and giving the perfect cut.
What made this visit to my new hairstylist even better was that I also got catch up with my friend, my family member, Crystal,* who is in training at an upscale salon.
She's so beautiful, don't you think? This is where Tessa gets it.
* Crystal is my daughter's first mom.

What a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours! She did a wonderful job - I love the darker color.
And it's funny, but after meeting Tessa and you on Saturday and seeing a picture of Crystal, I see a lot of you both in her - she is beautiful! (And Reed is a handsome little boy as well! Thank you so much for organizing the meet-up - it was wonderful to meet everyone in person, and I look forward to getting together again soon!)

How wonderful to have a stylist who not only does a great job with your hair, but with whom you really like to converse. I always dread the haircut chatter.
